This list is a continuation of the list i made for the Core game of Mansion of Madness 2nd edition. As I felt i could not do the one without the other. So hopefully this will be just as big a success as the core game post.

Investigators
Here we are with a bunch of new investigators that will join in the investigations around arkham and other scary places.These investigators got a backstory on the other side of the Card. And if you want to read that you will need to purchase the game from your local retailer.
Charlie Kane: The Politician
Investigator Ability:
While within range of a Person, you may convert an Focus(magnifying glass) into a Star(succes), Activate this ability only once per test.
Lily Chen: The Martial Artist
Investigator Ability:
While you are attacking unarmed, if a monster would suffer 1 or more damage, it suffers 2 additional damage.
Common Items
This Catagory Contains the most common items found in the Mansion of Madness 2nd edition game. and the cards are recognised by the card back as shown below a closed backpack. And there is 10 Cards from the expansion Sanctum Of Twillight in this Catagory.
Binding Powder
This will BIND you to the spot if you are not Careful.
The card Reads the following.

Convincing Dummy
This is so life like, but things are not what you think it is.

Everybody needs something to bring them luck in Arkham.

Riot Whistle
This will hurt your ears if you are not carefull these things are noisy.

Once per round, you or another investigator within range may reroll any number of dice while evading a monster.
Sensible Shoes
You have to wear good shoes if you need to walk around most of the time.
This card reads the following.

Roll 1 additionaldie while resolving an Agility(wings) test
Silver Twillight Dagger
Uuh this is a scary dagger its shiiiny.
This card reads the following.
Bladed Weapon
You may deal 1 additional damage while casting an attack spell
Sword Cane
This got to hurt when using the cane as a weapon.
This card reads the following.
Heavy Weapon
You may convert an Focus(Magnifying Glass) to a Star (Succes) while atting with this card.

Sword Cane
This is going to cut you deep and into pieces this is the sword cane sharp version

Bladed Weapon
You may convert an Focus(Magnifying Glass) into a Star(succes) while attacking with this card.

Tote Bag
You will never know when you need a bag to hold the the collected stuff.
This card reads the following.

Effects cannot cause you to drop Items unless you choose to.
Track Shoes
Run Run Run as fast as you can and these will help you.

There exist 5 of these ring. But hey at least there is no ring to rule them all

This card reads the following.
Relic
The ancient jewels sparkle in the light. You got the feeling it is more than a pretty trinket.
Condition Cards
These Are cards that is given to an investigator when under the influence of a certain condition, there is 8 cards total in the Mansion of Madness 2nd edition The Sanctum Of Twillight Expansion pack and they will have this card back a greenish back with some art
Insane Cards
bla bla bla bla blu blu.
There are 2 insanity cards in The Sanctum Of Twillight expansion.
(at the back of these card you will find that your winning or loosing condition is changed)
This card reads the following.
Look at the back of this card but do not reveal it to the other investigators.
When you have suffered horror equal to your sanity you are eliminated.
Stressed
You Better start relaxing because all this investigation may stress you out.
This card reads the following.
After rerolling and converting dice results while resolving a test, you must remove 1 Star(Succes) from your dice pool.
At the end of your turn, discard this card.
Spell Cards
These Cards are spell cards, spell which you will get during a game of Mansion of Madness 2nd edition, or even before a game starts, they have numerous effects on the back side of the cards, when ever you cast them it will have consequences for your investigators. you will find a total of 10 Cards 5 of each spell, in the Mansion of Madness 2nd edition The Sanctum Of Twillight expansion. And you will find that spell cards are numbered on the flip side.

This will make atrap a good trap, just use it beware of not trapping yourself ?

UUh i can conjure sharp razors, they are VERY sharp watch out monsters.
This card reads the following.
The energy you channel lashes out with deadly precision.
Damage Cards
These cards is the Damage of the Mansion of Madness 2nd edition The Sanctum Of Twillight Expansion, when ever you take damage you take a number of cards equal to the Damage dealt to you, with the backside up, a backside that looks like this, if you get a critical hit you will flip the card over and you will get one of the crits below.
The Damage deck contains 2 cards in this expansion. Just add them to your main deck.
Aches and Pains
Ouch it hurts all over my body, do i have the flu ?
This card reads the following.
The lingering ache of your wounds could be a sign of some deeper, unseen injury.
Resolve Immediately
Become Stresset
Then discard this card.
Minor Injury
Nothing serious.

Horror Cards
This is The streets of Arkham expansion set Horror cards, these are Horror you get if your investigator is experiencing something horrific in the Mansion of Madness 2nd edition game, and you will get to use these I will promise you.
You will find 2 Horror cards in TheSanctum Of Twillight expansion and the cards below is the faceup versions you can get in the game.
